Refund policy

(1) Cancellation after delivery will be accepted only if the product shipped is defective or different from the ordered product. (Only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns for reasons attributable to the customer, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items.
Products that have been opened or used.
Merchandise that has been used for more than 7 days after delivery
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
Merchandise without packaging (bag or case)
Merchandise that has been processed for the customer, such as custom-ordered items and items with names, etc.
(2) Merchandise that is clearly marked as non-returnable on the product introduction page (for details, please contact our Contact Center).

(3) If the product is obviously defective or is the wrong item, we will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc. (4) Refunds will not be made for returned merchandise.

(4) Refunds will be made within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise according to the payment method.
